Position Summary
- Ensure product is accurate and meets the requirement of the working papers/customer profiles.
- Follow review procedures accurately and proficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with Customer Service, software developers and management.
- Be able to use required software in order to create/review reports.
- Be able to use handheld/desktop barcode scanner.
- Be able to audit code generated by Gen/Conversion phases.
- Have “out of the box” thinking to minimize risks.
- Meet strict deadlines.
- Attend meetings.
- Be able to work remotely at times and ensure timely delivery of product.
- Works independently and as a team member.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Possess a degree in Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 2 years audit experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- General computer knowledge (Outlook/Excel) and proficiency required.
- Previous lottery experience preferred.
- Previous programming experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
- Must have attention to detail and desire for perfection.
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and after hours as needed.
- Possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
