We are looking for an Associate Social Media Manager to assist all aspects of our social marketing mission and efforts. As a member of the Marketing organization, you will work closely with business partners across the company to execute high-impact social campaigns driving engagement with our fans, generating new follower growth, and reacquiring players across our portfolio of franchises and products, including Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons®.
You are a social marketing professional who possesses hands-on campaign deployment, experienced across all major social media platforms, and proficiency in social marketing analytics.
What you'll do:
- Build and run social marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok that are driven by brand priorities and consumer-relevant content.
- Analyze critical social marketing metrics, develop ongoing reports, and turn insights into action.
- Collaborate and partner with teams across marketing including Brand, Creative, Influencer, Paid Media, and Community to build best-in-class social content.
- Follow trends in social media to continue exploring innovative ideas to engage our fans and generate new social followers for our brands.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience handling social media campaigns across social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Basic understanding of analytics, project management, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
- Familiar with the latest industry trends, news, issues, and sensitivities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Sprinklr or similar social marketing platforms preferred.
- Experience working with global gaming brands preferred.
- Passion for both games and the business of games.
- Empathy for gamers and the global gaming community.
- Ability to build and foster positive relationships with internal partners.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
