What will you do as an Associate Release Manager?

You join our team of 6 persons, reporting to the Director of Launch & Release Management, that leads the release of games and game updates.

You coordinate activities and deliveries from not only the game team but also teams across EA that contribute to the release. You guide the Release Approval process in preparation for each release, and direct the release procedures on release day.

You partner with senior Release Managers on our team. They offer guidance and provide support in planning and establishing the work plan that you lead.

You will use JIRA, Confluence and Google applications to organize and communicate the work, and have templates and artifacts to assist you in ensuring each detail of the release is clearly communicated.

You organize multiple release streams. We support multiple games and game teams and you plan and work on several releases in parallel.

You ensure hurdles and risks are identified and removed before they affect the release.

Please be noted that we won't be able to offer relocation support for this role, and so we only consider candidates who are already based in a commuting zone of Stockholm and Guildford.
