This entry-level role is for a motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to our test suite. Responsible for implementing and maintaining tests for front-end and back-end code. This role requires good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Scrum teams to develop new features for our educational products
• Test new features and enhancements on different web and mobile platforms
• Create and document test cases for functional, integration, and automated end-to-end scenarios
• Log and document test results and work with team to assist with troubleshooting, resolution, and validation
• Support release process and perform product verification testing
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related degree, or relevant professional experience
- 3 plus years experience working on development teams creating web and mobile features
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, APIs and BI
- Experience coding in any programming language including Python, C#, and Java
- Advanced familiarity with Desktop/Android/iOS
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Ability to quickly find creative solutions to difficult problems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Can execute test plans, scenarios, or procedures independently and collaboratively
- Can identify, communicate, document, and elevate issues in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity working in a scrum/agile environment
- Experience with mobile automation tools
- Experience with game engines such as Unity
