Associate Publishing Producer - World of Warships

Job Overview

World of Warships is looking for an Associate Publishing Producer to help coordinate and assist in our video game publishing operations. Under the supervision of the Regional Publishing Director, you will work to manage publishing tasks, cross-functional department communication, and live operations.

Regional Publishing Director, World of Warships Europe

What will you do?

• Drive regional business growth and activities to attract new and lapsed audience.
• Facilitate internal and external communication.
• Document various processes and rules.
• Organize available data and feedback to improve publishing performance.
• Work closely with Regional Publishing Director to create and execute a regional product channel & publishing roadmap and all related publishing activities.
• Work closely with development to communicate publisher needs & requests, and managing on-site and virtual collaboration.
• Execute consumer market and industry researches, when necessary, to bring regional insights into global publishing teams and the Studio to understand the regional competitive market status, needs of regional consumers, and user sentiments.
• Cross functionally work closely with other Publishing Producers, Marketing, BD, Community, Customer Service, Content both regionally and globally to drive business objectives successfully.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for games.

• Strong communication at all levels within a team or organization.
• 1 or more years in a project management or similar production role.

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Great balance in creativity and realistic approach for regional strategy.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Familiarity with Wargaming products.
• Experience in video game production or development.
• Experience in video game publishing, PR, or marketing.
• Regional working experience with partner contacts.

• Familiarity with BI Tools such as Tableau is a plus.
