Associate Project Manager (World of Tanks Blitz)

Job Overview

World of Tanks Blitz is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join the Creative Media crew, a team that is the neural center between the product, community, publishing teams. Along with managing complex creative campaigns for our marketing and publishing activities, we are in charge of creating and producing all the visual assets you can see in the game's social channels, YouTube, and in-game, be it artworks, video trailers, visuals for in-game store bundles, battle passes, events, ongoing updates, and many more.

You will collaborate with our Marketing, Community, Monetization, Content, Art, and Development teams to create top-tier visual assets, work with celebrities, influencers, and leading global media on exciting special projects seen by millions of gamers globally.

What will you do?

• Manage the visual asset production: publishing, in-game art, videos, and visuals
• Manage external vendors as part of content creation
• Take part in brainstorms, ideation, and creative workshops
• Manage the tasks backlog
• Manage internal documentation to ensure smooth workflow both inside the team and for working with neighboring units
• Onboard and train new contractors/vendors

What are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience in visual/creative assets production on agency or client side for live entertainment products and services
• Solid project management skills and understanding of production pipelines for creative assets (timings, costs, scope)
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Passion for video games
• Experience with Jira, Aha! & Confluence or similar solutions
• Experience with Miro & Figma
• Experience with photo and video editors will be a great advantage!

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)

The salary range for this role in Vilnius starts from EUR 2600 monthly gross.
