Associate Project Manager(Unannounced Project)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a passionateAssistant Project Managerto join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to ensure the smooth progression and successful delivery of game projects.

Reports to

Project Manager

What will you do?

• Assist in tracking and managing the progress of game development, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high quality.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among various departments, facilitate information flow, and resolve issues and obstacles within the project.
• Assist in organizing meetings and follow-up actions, ensuring coordination among team members.
• Manage outsourcing teams.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant professional backgrounds.
• Minimum of one-year experience in the game industry with an understanding of game development and project management processes.
• Fluent English communication skills in speaking and writing, enabling effective communication with international teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to effectively solve problems and handle urgent situations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a flexible manner.
• Proficiency in using office software and project management tools, such as Microsoft Office, Jira, etc.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Possession of project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.

• 优秀的组织和时间管理能力，能够灵活处理多个任务。
• 熟练使用办公软件和项目管理工具，如 Microsoft Office、Jira 等
