Associate Program ManagerSummary
Aristocrat Technologies is seeking Associate Program Manager to execute monitor and manage departmental interdependencies, coordinating with Software, Test Team, Game Designers and the Creative team for ensuring high quality timely deliveries and ensuring the track of on-time resolutions for inter-dept dependencies. This is an individual contributor role with touch points with internal stakeholders. This role will report into Group Program Manager, OZ Games.What you'll do
Job Requirements
- Total experience of 6 to 8 yrs with at least 2 to 4 yrs of relevant experience
- Act as a Scrum master for team, manage & execute sprint ceremonies
- Manage and assist team members in the planning and execution phases to ensure adherence to quality, consistency, and other relevant standards in accordance with Aristocrat’s Project Management Methodologies.
- Timely reporting of status, progress, risks, metrics, dependencies, and issues for allocated portfolio
- Publish regular and ad-hoc reports from various sources – ensure the data is accurate and identify the key lead indicators
- Manage stakeholder expectations – identify and act on urgent activities/issues
- Interact with stakeholders across the studio. Need to attend meetings in Australia (and at times USA) time zone
- Create project/delivery documents using MS Office suite
- Good understanding of various tools viz. JIRA, MS Office suite
- PowerBI Knowledge will be an added plus
Skill Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication
- Hands on experience of working in PMO environment
- Hands on experience as mentioned in job requirements. Includes problem solving skills
- Advanced to expert level hands on using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good to have Power BI intermediate level skills (able to create basic report)
What we're looking for
- Education/degree: MCA, BE, B Tech
- 6 to 8 yrs experience with at least 2 to 4 yrs of relevant experience
- One or more certification in project management, MS Office, Power BI will be an advantage
