Production Coordinator: Dynamic Art (Associate / Mid Level)

Rockstar North is on the lookout for ambitious Production Coordinators who are highly passionate and self-driven in supporting creative teams. You would be working as part of the Dynamic Art team. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of Edinburgh.
WHAT WE DO
- We design, create and populate the world with the people, vehicles, props and creatures that bring the story and play to life, for both our story-driven and online game worlds.
- Our characters are the embodiment of the player’s experiences and their interactions when they play – how they look, feel and interact with other living things.
- Our Dynamic Art assets are both the embodiment of the player's persona and the items they use and engage with to interact within the game world.
- We design in-deep customization and functionality to character, vehicle and props assets for the game’s specific needs.
- You’ll join a global team setting high standards across all our projects, who have an exacting production focus and an obsession for getting the minutiae right.
- This role will work with either Vehicle, Props or Character art disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Dynamic Art Team to provide production support for all our Global Titles.
- Help manage the flow of assets and information between teams.
- Track tasks and progress, working with development teams to identify and resolve any issues blocking work.
- Create and maintain data reports and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A related degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project management qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
SKILLS
- Proven written & verbal communication skills.
- An aptitude for working in a deadline-focused team environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- An eagerness to learn new software and develop skillsets.
- Data management skills.
PLUSES

- An interest in video games and their development.
- 1-2 years' experience working in game, VFX or similar creative industry.
