Job Title: Associate Product Marketing Manager
Job Summary: Lead the execution of Product Marketing plans for Pokémon Center ecommerce platform as well as key Licensing and Publishing products. Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional marketing team to ensure flawless execution resulting in high-impact results.
What you’ll do
- Manage the Marketing review and approval Licensing and Publishing created marketing materials
- Lead the creation of TPCi Promotion Briefs for key partner products and themed campaigns
- Collaborate with TPCi owned-channel leads (PR, SM, Online, Email) the promotion of key products
- Develop and share creative materials for use on TPCi website, social media posts, press release and media announcements, and emails
- Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring milestones are up to date and communicated to key stakeholders
- Prepare marketing activation performance reports for key products and campaigns
- Document decisions with meeting notes, following up on action items as required
- Maintain financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets and a marketing database
- Assist with promotional activities such as sample requests for PR and Influencers
What you’ll bring
- Three (3) to four (4) years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated consumer marketing experience, with a customer-centric approach in executing marketing plans
- Demonstrated program management skills to oversee and support the creation and implementation of launch and sustainment marketing activities, and the ability to problem-solve where needed.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects with various key stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills. The ability to work across teams and communicate marketing goals/results at a team, executive, and company level.
- Ability to adapt to changing deadlines, emerging needs, policy changes, and the variety of nuances that can happen in product development.
- Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience of working with external partners.
- While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus, it is not required. A willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
