Summary:
The Associate Product Marketing Manager will help craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our expanding school-based (mastery product) portfolio, including My Math Academy and My Reading Academy. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the associate manager will be responsible for detail-oriented awareness of ongoing national campaigns targeting demand generation, thought leadership, and customer success, with the opportunity to become an expert in marketing messaging, content development, sales collateral, and channel selection.
This is an exciting role with opportunity for trajectory growth in Marketing, as well as a chance to work on the newest school solutions that will inspire and impact early learners.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and execution of monthly multi-channel campaigns, including e-mails, social media, websites, and sales tools
- Create, organize, and maintain sales collateral and sales enablement tools
- Provide subject matter expertise for internal teams, working with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure updates are communicated clearly and effectively
- Maintain product marketing roadmaps and campaign calendars
- Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to colleagues and senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, marketing, business, or communications
- 3+ years marketing or classroom experience in Pre-K education space
- Ability to quickly deep dive and learn about the Pre-K education market, such as industry trends, customer segments, and competitive insights.
- Proven track record successfully managing projects of various sizes, complexity, and length in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with close attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally across divisions, roles, and teams
- Familiar with Hubspot, Microsoft Suite, Sharepoint, Adobe Pro DC, and social media platforms
- Creative problem-solver who is flexible and can prioritize projects based on market needs and stakeholder feedback
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and educational data, with the skills to articulate findings and make decisions
