You will get to learn the ins & outs of mobile game Product Management, so your willingness to learn and drive for growth and improvement will be crucial for your and your team’s success.
Your key responsibilities include
- Planning and implementing live events and campaigns
- Conceptualizing and designing special offers, deals, and bundles, as well as implementing them daily and monitoring their performance
- Being in charge of live operations and running the live calendar, making sure that the planned changes are pushed live in due quality and time
- Monitoring the game economy, resource balances, player engagement, revenue, and other significant metrics, as well as looking for how they can be improved
- Being a crucial part of the force to drive the product to achieve its targets
- Implementing and running AB tests
- Working closely with the team members and other teams in the company to find ways to deliver the best live game experience to our players
As an ideal candidate, your experience and skills include
- Passion towards F2P mobile games as a player
- Strong interest towards the mobile games industry and business
- Analytical skills
- Understanding of game design (familiarity with economy and mechanics in games)
- Strongteamwork skills, including good negotiation, communication and listening skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A relevant degree (for example, in business or technology) is a big advantage
- Already being a player of The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land, or having the sincere desire to learn the game through and through
