Associate Product Manager - Live Ops

We’re looking for a hands-on Associate Product Manager that will run our live ops and optimisation effort.

For this role we are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about having direct and regular impact on the game. As part of the product team you’ll use continuous iteration and A/B testing to improve the systems and balancing of Love & Pies; most importantly for time-limited events and monetisation features.

You will work closely with the design and product teams to plan and spec upcoming iterations and shape the roadmap of future feature iteration.

Role Responsibilities

• Prioritise and plan A/B testing of key features, event balancing and settings to improve player experience and increase game performance
• Set-up and implement tests using our internal tools
• Work with the data team to plan actionable analyses and evaluate test results
• Ensure findings are acted on and communicated across the team
• Work with tech team to build and improve required tools for ongoing live ops management

Role Requirements

• 2+ years experience in an analytical or operational role on a digital product
• Experience with A/B testing: running, setting up, analysis, and/or interpretation
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex schedules
• Quantitative analysis skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for performance
• Clear data communication skills

Nice to Have

• SQL knowledge is a bonus
• Experience or strong interest in mobile games is a bonus

Location:

Trailmix is currently operating under a hybrid work model - we have 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) in person at our brand new studio in Kings Cross with the remaining 2 days available to work from home.
