Job Title: Associate Product Manager (4597496)

Associate Product Manager position available with Pocket Gems, Inc. in San Francisco, CA. Manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through development to release. Conceive and implement A/B tests geared toward improving metrics through app performance and content improvements. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Excel to query from databases, create charts, and perform further analysis. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, resources and timelines, including engineering, art, Quality Assurance (QA), and marketing to create engaging and profitable content. Deep understanding of Pocket Gems’ proprietary code, which is used to review and evaluate scripts and perform A/B tests. Collaborate with QA team to test new implementations and track and resolve bugs using JIRA. Manage and track application release management with both the Google Play and iOS App stores.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:

1. Excel: modeling large datasets
2. BI tools to analyze data from multiple sources
3. Design and development of dashboards to present business metrics to company leadership
4. Creation of forecasts and profitability analyses to help inform business decisions and strategy
5. Sensitivity analysis to propose strategic solutions
6. Programming languages: VBA or SQL
