Associate Producer

Overview

Arkane Austin is looking for a highly motivated Associate Producer to manage the daily coordination of cross-functional teams developing our next title.

Working alongside a diverse group of team-first producers, you will help drive development processes that foster trust, collaboration, and quality across all disciplines. Your proactive communication style and follow-up skills will help identify, and resolve development challenges before they happen.

Responsibilities

• Act as Production’s primary point of contact for triaging game bugs: assign, prioritize, filter, and communicate status effectively
• Collaborate with the team to identify project risks, and assist in resolving blockers
• Capture meeting feedback and emergent action items; radiate information to the team
• Communicate with lead production and studio management to foster strong relationships for a high-functioning team
• Celebrate team success and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in AAA game development: Art, Design, Engineering, QA
• General understanding of game discipline interconnections and operations
• Familiarity with project management software to schedule and track work
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and refined attention to detail
• A sincere passion for gaming

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile game development: Scrum, Kanban, Feature-driven development
• Strong QA background
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Shotgun, and Excel
• Strong familiarity with Arkane Studios’ games
