Title: Associate Producer
Job Description: We're looking for a multifaceted Associate Producer to help us bring the magical world of Xadia to life in our new multiplayer game based on the Emmy® Award-winning Netflix series, The Dragon Prince!
As a member of our Production team, you will play a key role in driving game development, overcoming obstacles, and ensuring our projects cross the finish line smoothly as possible. You will be highly cross-functional and bring a consultative approach into a strong collaborative environment to help our designers, artists, and engineers to reach their goals and milestones.

You Will:
- Own production for a functional team(s), with a focus on ongoing pipeline improvements, prioritization, and clear and effective communication between teams in support of regular game development deliveries
- Work with designers, artists, engineers, QA, and leadership to coordinate and deliver high quality products
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams to ensure that our schedule aligns with all priorities and necessary considerations
- Own the coordination and communication of day-to-day tasking and scheduling for your teams
- Proactively identify gaps and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals in a timely manner, and collaborate with Production Leadership to resolve said issues
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative team culture

- Proactive in your approach that will help streamline production
- Relentlessly self-organized and detail oriented
Required Qualifications:
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, or other comparable applications
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior producer experience with games
- Familiarity with Unreal game development processes
- Have worked with various departments: Art, Engineering, Design, Audio, etc.
The annual base pay range for this position in Los Angeles, California is $70,000 USD - $120,000 USD. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and overall experience. In addition to base pay, all full-time positions will receive equity, flexible PTO, unlimited sick leave, parental leave, a full range of medical, dental, and vision insurance, and relocation support as part of the overall compensation package.
