We are looking for an innovative Associate Producer to support the localization efforts of our flagship game brand, Dungeons & Dragons! This role is a key member of the team, passionate about (and dedicated to) the creation of D&D products for our global audience.
The ideal candidate will have confirmed games industry expertise in production workflows, tracking tools and resource management; strong communication and time leadership skills; a passion for product development and localization workflows; and an affinity for games/lifestyle brands.
A solid understanding of, and passion for, D&D is a huge asset. Experience solving the challenges of product localization and international physical product manufacturing is a strong plus. What You'll Do:
- Run the production of localized releases for the D&D TRPG and ensure global alignment among development, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
- Work with our translation and supply chain teams to ensure all parties have what they need when they need it.
- Identify and clearly communicate chokepoints and solutions to management to alleviate issues with resources and capacity limits.
- Communicate progress and results to the broader D&D leadership team.
- Work with product managers, engineers, design leads, marketing and localization teams to resolve ideal placement of these products in the release schedule, and communicate these out to relevant teams.
- Support product marketing and web content teams with accurate information and assets for product launch.
- Help handle the larger D&D localization roadmap across all channels, working with leaders and partners to ensure that workloads are optimized and revenue targets are not at risk.
- Lead the schedules and timelines for all assigned projects.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience working as a producer, project manager, or similar game project management position
- Experience with localization processes and pipelines.
- Demonstrated strength in communication and organization.
- Ability to succeed via communication and influence, providing clear and concise communication to partners and bringing cross-functional teams to alignment on solutions.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously to time and budget constraints.
- Understanding of the challenges associated with being a global organization. Experience working with international partners a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel.
- Proficiency with SmartSheet, 10,000ft, Control Center and/or Product Plan.
- Knowledge of the digital game and/or hobby game industries.
