Associate Producer
The Associate Producer primarily focuses on prioritizing tasks against realistic deliverables to ensure products launch on time. The role will focus on ensuring quality standards and keeping internal and external stakeholders aware of initiatives and timelines.
What You Will Do
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the company to collect, document, and communicate requirements for the digital implementation of physical Pokémon TCG products at different stages of development to the internal studio team.
- Assist production team by overseeing internal resources, observing deadlines, and escalating and resolving issues that might compromise the quality of delivery.
- Keeping issue tracking lists up to date and actionable.
- Be a key contributor to internal studio projects.
- Work on live and upcoming digital products to support existing Pokémon properties.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a game production or project management role for mobile or desktop game development.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodology a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience tracking complex projects and providing support to clear roadblocks.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Comfortable learning new methods and tools.
- Passion for playing and creating games. Experience working on a physical or digital Trading Card Game product a major plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Workfront a plus.
- Experience with Unity and Perforce a plus.
