Position Summary:
As an Associate Producer at MobilityWare you will work within the card suite under the mentorship of the current producers. Each day it will be your goal to inspire and enable your team to achieve success by removing obstacles and facilitating requests within the company. This will give you an opportunity to become not only a vital team member, but also a scrum master, an expert in JIRA, a Confluence wizard, and a source of truth for all things relating to build management and prioritization. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master for a cross-functional development team
- Create a positive and cooperative team culture
- Empower team members by clearing obstacles that impede them
- Become a JIRA master
- Coordinate game submissions under the guidance of one of our current producers
- Communicate new releases with stakeholders
Qualifications for Position:
- 2 years of experience in game development (Online, Console, or Mobile)
- Demonstrable experience utilizing bug tracking software & tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Proven track record of meeting planned target dates across multiple projects
- Must be organized and people-focused – we value our team members and players greatly
- Passion for casual games and/or Solitaire
- Plus: Scrum certified or experience utilizing Scrum in a professional environment
