Associate Producer

Job Description

We are looking for an associate producer to lead the development of our two biggest games SongPop 2 and SongPop 3, in collaboration with our senior product manager.

As an associate producer under the supervision of the senior product manager, you will oversee the development and launch of new major updates to both games.
Role:

• Assist the senior product manager in managing the entirety of the product’s/game’s lifecycle
• Analyze the performance and stability of the game on a daily basis
• Oversee product marketing initiatives, such as app store optimization and app store featurings (from assets creation to live publishing)
• Set up LiveOps events and work on improvements for the game balance and economy
• Assist the team in designing, testing and improving new game features
• Proactive communication with game beta players and support agents to inform them about the app’s new features and establish a bridge between the game team and the players
• Handling all other related tasks or administrative duties to support the senior product manager

Qualifications

About You:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in project management on a large B2C application or for a mobile gaming company
• Excellent management and organizational skills (ability to work with local and remote teams)
• Passion for apps/games and for creating fun, engaging and addictive experiences for users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent
• Motivated, detail-oriented, extremely organized, independent and adaptable
