Our studio is looking for an Associate Producer to work with our Tools and Tech teams to create great tools and pipelines that help the entire team create the most exciting game possible. You’ll partner with the Tools and Tech Pod leads to prioritize work that makes the entire team more efficient and to make sure the team has everything it needs to make the next iteration another high water mark in the WWE2K franchise.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate across the Tools and Tech teams to promote visibility of goals, deadlines, and deliverables
- Update internal tracking systems with action items, tasks, assignees, priorities, due dates and status
- Track, respond, and delegate issues to the proper developer
- Build exceptional relationships with your team of designers, engineers and animators
- Develop processes for efficient review, feedback, documentation and approval
- Communicate priorities and work to resolve dependencies team-wide
- Work with leads to plan and design roadmaps for features
Who Will Be A Great Fit:
- Three or more years of game production experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively; own and drive a variety of issues
- Ability to translate technical and design discussions into action items and follow-ups
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High energy, tenacity, follow-through and outcome orientation
- Love for video games (not just ours!)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor level education or equivalent experience
- Experience with Jira, Shotgrid, or other asset/issue tracking tool
- Enthusiasm for tools and technical processes
