Associate Producer, Publishing

Epic is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic person that will enable the team to increase the velocity and quality of project deliverables for a diverse set of publishing projects across Fortnite and other live service titles. The Associate Producer will assist with the development of high profile publishing projects both in EMEA and globally. We’re looking for an individual that excels in a fast paced environment, has superb communication skills and is comfortable managing the schedules of complex online projects where circumstances can change quickly.

Responsibilities :

• Organizing cross-functional teams to build high quality player-facing experiences
• Proactive project alignment with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Vendor selection and management including RFPs
• Project estimation, timing and roadmaps
• Providing transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure they are properly informed of any impact to product roadmaps
• Running regular stand-ups, scheduling meetings, taking notes and generally keeping things on track
• Tracking issues affecting publishing priorities to ensure they are appropriately escalated and solved in a timely manner

Qualifications :

• Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile when required
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and relevant online tools
• Knowledge of software development process, content management systems and project management
• Track record of vendor management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong preference to applicants with gaming or advertising agency production experience
