Associate Producer, Publishing

Bungie’s Publishing team is responsible for delivering breakout campaigns and content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. On a day-to-day basis, the Associate Producer will coordinate the successful completion of assigned tasks related to marketing our games and serving our studio needs. They will communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding the assembly and creation of project assets, evaluate project deliverables, provide feedback between stakeholders, and distribute assets.
For this role, the Associate Producer will facilitate and drive the daily operations for Bungie’s First Party Partnerships team. The First Party Partnerships team is responsible for publishing marketing campaigns for Bungie and its properties with all their platforms partners and external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain positive partner relationships
- Track and prioritize all partner asset requests
- Gather and prepare all necessary specs required for asset delivery
- Advocate partners’ needs and expectations while defending internal Bungie teams’ bandwidth capabilities
- Provide clear and realistic production plans for internal Bungie teams
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders on Publishing projects
- Recognize inefficient processes and propose solutions or improvements
- Service and maintain pipelines to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Maintain the schedule, identify risks, and escalate issues to the stakeholders when appropriate
- Drive projects towards completion while maintaining expectations across a shifting marketplace
- Able to work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
- Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning, tracking, and recording needs
REQURIED SKILLS
- Relevant experience in a production or project management position
- Strong interpersonal, client service, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to operate under strict deadlines
- Able to thrive in high-pressure, demanding situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be adaptable and willing to handle daily randomization
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Video game industry and marketing awareness
- Basic understanding of the graphic design creation process is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat
- Experience with Confluence, Asana, and Jira
