Naughty Dog is seeking an Associate Producer to play an integral role in organizing and supporting the motion capture pipelines for our AAA projects. In this role you will prepare, schedule, and run Mocap shoots in support of Naughty Dog’s award-winning animation team.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Production and a strong desire to help the development team reach their maximum potential. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to our development team throughout the motion capture process. Prepare and facilitate mocap shoots, update shoot schedules, report team progress, track tasks, and take notes
• Help coordinate the flow of information and assets between teams, in preparation for and in wrapping of shoots
• Coordinate with the Mocap stage and Sony Casting team to book talent for all Mocap shoots
• Assist producers in developing and maintaining cinematics pipelines that put Naughty Dog on the cutting edge of motion capture technologies and processes
• Act as a key Naughty Dog representative to the VO/Acting Talent Community
• Be a champion of Naughty Dog culture. Help ensure everyone's voice is heard, and that we continue to build a diverse and welcoming workplace

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in casting, on-set production, or motion-capture production
• Highly motivated individual - constantly driven to produce results
• Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on spreadsheets
• Comfort in communicating with both large groups and with individuals. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, follow-up skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to identify a need for change and articulate ideas for improvement
• A proactive outward demeanor. Professional, respectful, and approachable
• Must be able to attend Mocap sessions in-person at the stage in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, CA

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with script supervision pipelines
• Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA regulations
• Experience with production software (Shotgrid, Final Draft, Jira, or any other scheduling/task-tracking/asset browser software)
• Familiarity with Naughty Dog games and a passion for game development
