Job Overview
Wargaming Sydney is the Australian branch of Wargaming.net.
We are seeking an Associate Producer to assist multi-discipline software development teams, delivering a new AAA title for Wargaming.net.
In particular, The Associate Producer will help Product and Project managers with implementation of processes, methods and tools to manage the delivery of multiple concurrent project’s features.

Product Manager
What will you do?
- Participate in ensuring product success along with production teams;
- Contribute to driving the product vision through backlog management and stakeholder management;
- Execute on studio's production approach with the opportunity to provide feedback on process;
- Work directly with the teams to encourage collaboration and empower your teammates to achieve project goals;
- Report on tasks and issues relating to progress and project goals both within the team and with external stakeholders;
- Assess risks with the team and raise issues associated with the backlog;
- Build understanding and communicate the player and business impacts of team's work;
- Provide insights to stakeholders by representing production realities;
- Conduct ad hoc jobs related to project support where required.

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership qualities;
- You are familiar with project management software and other task tracking tools (e.g. Jira);
- You have an understanding of the video game market and knowledge of technology.
