Associate Producer - Games Pillar, Office of Games COO

The Office of Games COO is the execution arm for the Games COO of Riot Games. Our mission is to amplify the impact of the Games Pillar Leadership Team by being a partner, facilitator, and executor. We're accountable for the following: incubating internal strategic capabilities, managing the Games COO presence, operating Games rhythms of business, performing special projects, and supporting the Games Pillar Leadership Team.
As an Associate Producer within the Office of the Games COO Operations team, reporting to the Principal Program Manager, you will work with the Operations Team as well as the Games Pillar Leadership team. You are a master of communication and willing to help support a variety of projects, processes, and emergent work as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Manage, plan, and track schedules and workflows, while raising risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers
- Guide teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups
- Discover and maintain relationships across the Games Pillar with key stakeholders and leaders to maintain clear communication channels
- Drive project discovery and scoping processes, working with Program Managers and Leadership Teams to translate results into actionable project plans
- Build and maintain tools to track the portfolio of current projects, risk registers, and communication resources such as meeting minutes, agendas, and task trackers
- Create, maintain, and disseminate project information within the Games Pillar, or across Riot when applicable
- Facilitate meetings for Sr. Leadership, as well as project workgroups by setting an agenda, driving the meeting on time, distributing meeting minutes, tracking output of tasks and decisions, and ensuring progress of deliverables between meetings
- Continually review and work with others to improve processes for Rhythm of the Business, annual Strategic Planning reviews (SPF) and project lifecycle
- Maintain the work systems as a tool and integrated into key beats and cadence of Operations Team work rituals
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience working on complex projects and programs
- BA degree or equivalent
- Experience working with executive teams and partners
- Experience facilitating meetings to productive outcomes
- Proven success developing productive working relationships with team members, colleagues, and all customers
- Experience with Airtable or similar project tracking tool (Trello, MS Project, Miro)
- 2+ years experience with Google Suite Applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Forms, Drive)
- Understanding of Agile principles and practices
