Associate Producer, Audio Infrastructure - Temp

Blizzard Entertainment's Sound team is looking for a highly organized Associate Producer to provide a centralized support service for all audio-related needs in support of all of our games. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute infrastructure and tech-related policies and initiatives
- Manage and optimize the process of purchasing, deploying, maintaining, and tracking of audio software and hardware assets
- Own and optimize the workflow for vendor contracts and payments
- Maintain audio workstations across the team
- Provide support to audio and technical issues
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent on-time, high-quality delivery
- Communicate with production leadership and team leads on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Establish, collaborate with, and maintain a positive working relationship with other departments at Blizzard
- Cultivate ongoing partnership with other Blizzard teams
- Contribute to a positive and constructive working environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a project management role
- Experience working with audio hardware and outboard equipment
- Experience working with common software instruments and plugins
- Experience with audio connections and signal flow setups
- Able to accurately and deftly handle a large volume of assignments
- Deep understanding of Digital Audio Workstations, including Pro Tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persistent self-motivation with an ability to work under tight deadlines
Pluses
- Knowledge of Blizzard IP
- Experience with JIRA and Shotgun
- Knowledge of post-production pipelines
