Creative Assembly is looking for an Associate Player Experience Manager to join our Player Experience team based at our studio in Horsham, in the heart of West Sussex.

In this fast paced and exciting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for championing the voice of our players, working closely with the Player Experience Manager to ensure player feedback is presented back to the business through daily stand-ups, release check-ins and studio-wide reporting.

Flexible working at Creative Assembly includes hybrid, fully remote within country of employment for eligible roles, and in-studio. We recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and empower our teams to define the working patterns which work best for them, which may mean different things for different teams and roles and at different times.

This role is hybrid and has an expectation of a minimum of 2 days per fortnight in our Horsham studio . This role cannot offer fully remote working. Further details can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

As Associate Player Experience Manager for the company, your role will be key in ensuring the studio can operate its player-centric design and live service approach – collaborating closely with development, marketing, community, customer support & other teams by providing them a single source of truth for our players. You will have a tangible impact by helping define the content updates we provide our players.
