Job Description
What does being an Associate Performance Manager at Ludia look like :
You will contribute to the success of one of our upcoming/live games. Equipped with a strong analytical thinking, competitive insights and growth hacking best practices.
Missions :
- Participate in creating/adapting the product identity/strategy;
- Analyze and recommend strategies to improve the product performance & growth, in collaboration with Product Leadership and Marketing;
- Be responsible for the LiveOps and Monetization strategy;
- You are comfortable diving deeper into data analysis, championing priorities with the game team as well as presenting performance insights at all levels of the organization. This role reports directly to the Performance Manager or Game Producer.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contribute in building/adapting the Product Identity & Strategy
- Collaborate to define the Opportunity/Market Analysis (Target Audience, Competitors Benchmarks/KPIs, etc);
- Get insights from the target audience (concept tests, surveys, playtests, icon tests, etc) and analyse results;
- Benchmark relevant games and identifying best practices/trends on specific features/systems;
- Execute the Soft Launch Strategy (territory, platform, target features, goals, insights), in sync w/Marketing.
- Analyze and recommend strategies to improve the product performance & growth, in collaboration with Product Leadership and MarketingBuild and maintain quantitative models used to measure/manage game engagement and product performance (KPI Framework/Model supporting Revenue Forecast and Weekly Performance tracking);
- Work with the team to establish Game KPIs targets driving impact, and follow up every step to ensure that the team will meet the agreed goals;
- Define/own reporting and insights on Product Performance to Product Leads, Marketing and other stakeholders, partnering with Analysts;
- Partner with Marketing on Product Growth (Platform, ASO, UA, Creatives).
- Responsible for LiveOps and Monetization
- Plan, analyze, optimize and execute LiveOps (In-game events systems, Promotions, Content Roadmap) to define and constantly fine-tune the Monetization Strategy and Game Economy;
- Lead the A/B testing plans to improve target KPIs;
- Lead user segmentation
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in product management in consumer or game development
- Mobile F2P game expertise is desired, particularly experience working on live titles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability through the use of hands on exploration of data.
- Good design instincts and understanding of the player base.
- Self-motivated and focused on product growth, relentlessly identifying most important levers and KPIs driving impact. Ability to be a change agent within and outside the team, translating data insights into actions.
- Collaborative and team focused
- Skills for competitor benchmarking and market analysis
- Intermediate Excel/Amplitude/self-serve analytics tools is a must.
- Experience in A/B testing, segmentation and SQL is desired.
