What We Need:

An organized, ambitious, savvy and culturally tapped influencer marketing professional to play a key role in communicating and managing our creator NextMaker program and community. You will be instrumental in the continued development and evolution of 2K’s NextMaker creator program and help to moderate, inform and cultivate the program's continued success.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the content creation and creators in gaming and lifestyle, intimate knowledge of the tools of the trade and social content platforms. You will have a history of influencer and creator relations, with a passion for the betterment of creator and publisher relationships. This position requires a degree of empathy towards the brand content creators have built independently, while also understanding and balancing the business needs of 2K.

We aim to create an honest and transparent creator community, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship with 2K and content creators. NextMakers are a primary tool within our marketing organization and we are focused on building sustainable, long-term relationships with its most passionate and influential players and community.

**This position can be based in Los Angeles or Novato, CA

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Manager, Global Creator + Influencer Marketing for NextMakers based in Novato, California you will work across all games in 2K’s vast portfolio of titles and serve as one of the primary operations, community comms and project manager for our NextMakers program. You will helm out Discord servers and help to optimize and cross-functionally communicate information across 2K’s organization.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

An agile candidate with experience launching games, sports or entertainment driven marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on influencer and creator marketing. You have the acumen to plan ongoing lifecycle management of the program per title, with a personal passion for breaking down walls between publishers and content creators to create synergy. Impeccable and timely communication chops are key in this role, which will require you helming our NextMaker Discord server and working closely with our Community team on game communications.

You will have a service-oriented mindset and are a strong project manager capable of motivating, directing, and holding creators accountable for delivering against global campaign plans. This role requires an immense ability to be agile, pivot quickly and prioritize daily, while remaining on-task for long-term projects. The ideal candidate has a history of working cross functionally within a matrixed organization and a proven ability to bring projects to fruition.

You understand influencer and creator metrics and KPI’s, and are comfortable delivering insights, deep-diving into analyzing what is and isn’t working, and can leverage that information to take actionable steps to increase productivity. You will help the team to deliver on a data-driven approach and are well-versed in leveraging analytical tools like Tubular + creator marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000-$115,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
