Associate Lead Gameplay Programmer - (F/M/NB)

Job Description
Under the direction of the Lead Gameplay Programmer, you will participate in the definition of the technical orientations of a new unannounced mobile game. You will be responsible for the architecture, production and implementation of Gameplay features.
Your missions as an Associate Lead Gameplay Programmer within the studio Ubisoft Bordeaux:
- Combining strong managerial and technical skills you pilot a team of gameplay programmers in charge of transcribing creative ideas into gameplay elements.
- True technical reference on the project, you must understand and challenge the game design intentions to improve the player experience.
- You prioritize and manage the daily tasks of the team: monitor and evaluate their work, schedule management, empower and manage their performance (objectives, regular feedback, etc.).
- You make sure team goals are met on time, on budget and meeting the needs of production teams,
- You manage all communications and meetings with other teams and other studios,
- You maintain a collaborative and creative spirit in your teams
- You participate in the sharing of information and knowledge in your field.
Qualifications
- You have experience in the video game industry preferably within a Mobile production
- You already managed teams
- You have an excellent command of Unity and C languages
- You demonstrate leadership and a strategic vision for your team.
- You know how to adapt to new situations and make the necessary changes
