Associate HR Business Partner

Unity is growing fast! As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will work with the Create Solutions HRBP team to provide cross team support in the roll out of the HR projects to the business, run and analyse data to support strategic decisions and provide cyclical HR program support for the Create Solutions business.
Reporting to the HR Director, HRBPs our ideal candidate would understand what it means to support a rapidly growing global organization. You will use your real time problem-solving skills to thrive in an environment that is entrepreneurial and oriented to achieving great things.
Working with the HR Business Partner team, you will drive people & operational plans with the team and other leaders you partner with, working in partnership with key stakeholders.
You will ensure alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintain open and transparent lines of communication, and keep our employees and teams thriving and well supported. You will specifically work with the HRBP team on D&I initiatives, talent planning, employee engagement and training planning.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Unity Create Solutions HR Priorities and projects, including planning sessions with leaders and follow up
- Working with employees through the mentorship programs and other development programs to ensure engagement and success of the program
- Partnering with our Centre of Excellence teams in learning and development, diversity and inclusion and employee relations to manage training and roll out of initiatives within the group
- Working with the recruitment team and HR Operations to manage job profiles and budgeted moves for efficient job management as the organisation grows
- Talent plan tracking and analysis and supporting the HRBPs on succession planning and 360 data management
- Working with the HR and leadership teams to manage job architecture follow up and development of new job families
- Partnering with a leadership team within the Create Solutions organization on their HR priorities and strategic requirements
Requirements
- Experience in a generalist HR role, working directly with people managers
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions, and exercise judgment with sensitive/ confidential issues
- Strong relationship and team building skills, and an ability to influence others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a variety of communication settings and styles
- Strong ability to to manage projects and drive for excellence and completion
