What We Need:
We are seeking an Associate Producer to work alongside our Senior Global Marketing Producers across our Sports and Core Games titles including NBA, CiV, Borderlands, WWE, and PGA. The Associate Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. The AP helps guide the production of assets from creation to deployment. As an AP, you will help manage campaign asset creation including key art, social content, trailers, brand design artwork, CRM needs (email images & copy), and more. The ideal candidate should also be passionate about gaming and sports. This is a contract position with the ability to work on-site at our facilities in Novato, CA or remotely (currently remotely during COVID restrictions).

What You Will Do:

You will work in collaboration with our Senior Global Marketing Producer and the Creative Services teams to perform various creative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Work hand-in-hand with our brand teams and Senior Producer to help pitch content ideas and executions across video, static assets, email and copywriting projects.
• Maintain asset trackers and sync with Brand, Creative & Video teams to ensure an understanding on asset production statuses and timing.
• Keep necessary parties updated on production deadlines & milestones. Be a source of knowledge and resource for team members and chase answers where there are gaps in the team's knowledge.
• Assist with Localization process ensuring all necessary scripts and copy are properly translated for all territory language requirements
• Work with Senior Producer to QC all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, ESRB ratings, correct end slate CTA's, and ensure files are error free.
• Manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process.

• 3-5 years of experience in a project management, content creation or production-related role
• Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven.
• Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills – are able to take direction and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.
• Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows.
• Fast learner, able to quickly learn 2K proprietary software and best practices.

Additional Skills of benefit:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc.)
• Strong PC and Mac general computing skills.
• Excited about gaming, understand game terms, and be up-to-date with what is happening in the gaming world.
