What We Need:
A motivated gameplay engineer to work closely with the design team to create, develop, and maintain compelling and immersive gameplay systems.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely and constructively with design and art teams to realize creative ambitions
- Work within Unreal Engine 4 to quickly prototype ideas and to build new features into existing AI and Gameplay systems
- Research coding techniques and algorithms in order to keep current on technological developments and advancements in the game industry
- Identify technical and developmental risks/obstacles and generate solutions to overcome identified risks
- Learn new skills and techniques daily in the pursuit of the above
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- Strong C/C++ programming skills with a strong familiarity with OO design principles
- Commitment to code quality, documentation and sound testing procedures
- Ability to learn and master new technologies and code
- Familiarity or previous development experience with Unreal a plus
- Strong 3D Math skills
- A passion for gameplay
