Associate Game Producer

As an associate producer at 30 Parallel, you would…

Attend meetings and document decisions and outcomes

Regularly communicate project updates and health to the executive producer

Manage project execution from concept through release

Be accountable for milestone commitments and quality targets

Work with the executive producer and creative director to establish quality targets

Organise and maintain the project backlog

Monitor, upkeep and report on the project bug database

Facilitate daily scrum proceedings and remove impediments for the development team

Looking for someone who has…

Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Practical experience managing project work and bug databases

Excels at written and verbal communications

A strong sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines and ensuring project health

Excellent organisational, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Pluses

Experience working with outsourced teams

Familiarity with Unity Engine

One or more shipped titles in the games industry

Avid gamer with a passion for production

Experience with and knowledge of VR games and development pipelines
