Associate Game Producer | Project Management | Videogames

PTW is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Game Associate Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for video games. This role involves supporting the lead producer in managing the development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of game development projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and work proactively to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the QA process to ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience: in project management in the video game industry.
• Project Management Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana.
• Game Engines: Unity, Unreal Engine.
• Communication Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of game development processes and workflows.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Game Development, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful project management in video game development is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
