We are looking for an Financial Analyst to join us in our quest to make legendary games and lifelong adventures.
The Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for production of financial reports, supporting forecasting and budgeting expenses related to our flagship brands, and implementing technical changes to bring scalability to our financial systems. The position will prepare and disseminate reporting to financial, accounting, and business partners across all our businesses.
Key Relationships:
- Entire Financial Planning team and some members of the Financial Accounting group
- VP, Directors and other key members within the Magic and D&D franchise development groups and our Digital game developers
What You'll Do:
- Own and Update Standard and Cadenced Reporting – Be responsible for the production of standard reports, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the data and presentation. Own implementing new tools and processes to continuously improve these views and outcomes. 30%
- Develop Technical Expertise – Be a key owner and thought leader of our financial systems implementation and improvement initiatives. Be a role model for learning new tools and building more efficient processes. 30%
- Financial Planning & Analysis – Work collaboratively with the various business partners to forecast, budget, and understand monthly performance. Analyze and report spend from the cost center level up to the individual projects and update reporting as priorities change. 40%
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or similarly related field. 0 - 3 years professional experience in Finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills and technical acumen.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and simply.
- Comfortable communicating with senior management and non-financial personnel.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft 360.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with SAP or Anaplan.

$49,680 — $83,520 USD
