Financial Analyst Co-Op (Fall 2020)

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) drives and enables EA to achieve its strategic and business goals through effective and efficient planning, analysis, decision support, and performance management.

We connect and collaborate with our business partners and the broad Global Finance organization.

The Associate Finance Analyst co-op is largely project-based, requiring the right student be motivated, self-directed and have strong problem solving skills.

Project involvement may include: developing relationships with business partners to generate accurate and timely forecasts, analysis of financial results, and presentation of information to Finance team and
leadership.

The successful intern will use financial software and systems for data query, standard and ad hoc reporting, and provide support to the Finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Working toward a BS / Master degree, with a concentration in finance or accounting recommended
• Strong Excel modeling (sumifs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
• Ability to operate independently, anticipate requirements and monitor workload
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and drive
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Knowledge of the games industry and a passion for gaming is a plus.
