Associate Director, Channel Management and Operations, Global Media (W/M/NB)

Job Description

As part of the Ubisoft's Global Publishing headquarter, your main mission will be to manage 3 multi-territorial teams of channel managers and one team of Data OPS Managers who optimize the Channel strategy of our media campaigns in the world.

As Associate Director you will work in close collaboration with the Global Media Director in order to lead the transformation of our paid media operations in the world and accompany the transformation of Ubisoft Global Publishing.

You will thus oversee staffing evolution and needs, workload, and have an impact in the evolution of our processes and best practices in order to create a center of expertise for Media buying operations in the Global Publishing organization.

More specifically, your missions will be the following:

Oversee Global operations in the world

• Build a team of experts in media operations on the different network we are conducting campaigns whether the set-up and optimization is in-house (SOME NETWORKS, SEARCH, AMAZON) or managed by an external partner (YOUTUBE, PROGRAMMATIC).
• Collaborate with the planning teams and the Portfolio and Global Transformation team to have constant and efficient processes between the Media teams or our internal Ubisoft partners.
• Collaborate with networks (GOOGLE, META, SNAPCHAT, TWITTER, etc..) on the evolution of media products and business managers capacity allowing your teams to always be in full knowledge of evolutions and to reach optimized KPIs
• Take part in the evolution of our territory management with the Global Transformation team to identify improvement of media operations throughout the world

Be on the forefront of the evolution of our ad-tech and our data Ops capacity

• Work in close collaboration with our IT teams on our DATA and OPS project.
• Manage and improve our tracking capacity while considering the evolution of the media ecosystem
• Provide solid data set and dashboarding for teams to optimize and report efficiently
• Be active in the evolution of our ad-tech and tools for us to gain velocity in our operations
• Think ahead about future evolutions of our operations with the evolution of the media landscape

Qualifications

• You have a senior experience in a similar position with an international dimension, in the online media buying industry.
• You have a good technical knowledge of Online Media tools: Adserver, DSP, Purchase Platforms (Google Ads, Business Manager, ...).
• You are an expert in online marketing mechanics and advertising practices on the web.
• You are very rigorous, and comfortable with the manipulation of numbers and data.
• You hold a very strategic vision and are experienced with managing a team.
• An interest in video games and the entertainment industry will be a plus to deliver strong value-added analysis and recommendations.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Finally, you are always informed of new trends in digital marketing, CRM and social media.
