Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an Associate Digital Media Planner to join the Global Growth Marketing team and help activate impactful, industry-leading digital campaigns. This planner will report to the Director of Global Media Activation and Investment and will assist in the planning, execution , and optimization of Blizzard's brand and performance ad campaigns on paid social channels.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties :
Social Campaign Planning – 2 5 %
- Work alongside strategy, operations, CRM, and other activation team members to build global social media plans
Campaign Activation – 4 0 %
- Support the building and optimizing of paid social ad campaigns for Blizzard’s acquisition and monetization initiatives
- Perform necessary ad operations duties, including building pixels and trafficking assets
- Follow internal QA processes such as generating screenshots, live links, and placement information
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to establish and maintain content calendars, assets, and copy for all paid campaigns
- Take ownership of relevant financial tracking, help ensure proper billing and payment to vendors
Reporting and Optimizations – 20%
- Perform daily pacing and performance-based optimizations across all active social initiatives
- Proactively surface key insights and recommendations that drive positive business results
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and international counterparts
- Participate in larger team projects on the future of media buying and activation
- Monitor and report on trends in social media

- 1+ years of paid media experience, relevant coursework, or projects a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently
- Strong Math and Excel skills; proficiency with other MS Office products
- Comfort owning and managing high budgets/investment levels
- Flexible work hours, weekend and evening work will be required from time to time
- Certification from social paid media platforms a plus
