Associate Development Manager (12 month contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for a project manager who is passionate about gaming to provide daily production support for their team(s). You will create an environment that enables our excellent teams to focus on what they are good at by supporting them with administrative and production support. The role of ADM is dynamic and multi-faceted, requiring excellent collaboration skills, communication, and accountability. You will act as scrum master for a feature team within the project, You will help the team adopt agile development practices and run the standard scrum rituals (stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage JIRA tasking and sprint tracking for your feature team
• Manage the feature team’s capacity and workload
• Provide data and information for team status reports
• Set up Sprint planning and retrospective meetings
• Take meeting minutes and track actions for the team
• Support the Lead DD with the capacity plan, scoping and capacity, and change requests
• Communicate with partner teams and stakeholders to ensure understanding
• Champion adherence to agile philosophies

What skills does DICE look for?

• 1 or more years Project Management or Project Coordination experience or equivalent education
• Some Game development experience
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with Agile or equivalent education
