Associate Community Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Community Manager to work on our original IP and to own the social and community channels with support from the comms team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation and community, with experience building thriving, engaged communities.
Responsibilities
- Working with the broader marketing team, help develop and execute the community strategy for original IP and the studio brand across various channels, such as Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and forums.
- Create engaging content across all owned social media channels to inform, acquire, and engage community members whilst managing the content calendar.
- Engage players on social media platforms, live streams, podcasts, and forward-facing events.
- Create long-form written copy for community updates on Steam and other first-party platforms.
- Help to capture critical data for regular community reports advising on sentiment, campaign performance and customer insights.
- Assist with influencer relations and campaigns.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience within games industry marketing.
- An understanding of the active community and promotional channels for our games.
- An eye for social media trends, memes, and events.
- Experience with major social media platforms and first-party community platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with content creation tools.
