Ubisoft is looking for a CRM Associate as part of its Marketing and Consumer Experience Group, focused on Acquisition and Loyalty Marketing. This individual will report to the Senior Manager, CRM and will be responsible for the development of the CRM activity at Ubisoft. This includes the strategy, coordination, and reporting of CRM campaigns and programs that enrich Ubisoft’s relationships with our gamers across our brands and services. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer focused, and analytical. Passion for video games and entertainment industry a plus!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contribute to building the omni-channel CRM strategy, by evangelizing best practices within the CRM and Marketing Group
- Partner with IT and HQ teams to build a roadmap for new channel integration, including mobile, PC and in-game inventories
- Help manage the strategy, daily coordination and reporting of the CRM campaigns and programs to support Ubisoft service offer (UPLAY+, Store, Uplay Club…)
- Contribute to building a unified player journey by fostering synergy between Brands and services portfolio and establish Ubisoft as a platform
- Work cross-functionally to collaborate with content creators and Customer Experience teams to develop and implement holistic content and curation strategy
- Optimize channel-mix by developing, setting up new processes, and fostering collaboration with Audience Management, Media, and Digital Marketing teams
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Sales to develop and strengthen our relationship with our 1st party partners and maintain and develop the CRM reach and channels inventory
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or technical field required
- 3-5 years in Online Marketing, Loyalty Marketing or Customer Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Strong communication, leadership and project management skills
- Demonstrated success in CRM, Online Engagement Programs or Subscriptions is a huge plus
- Experience with and understanding of Media, Web and CRM tracking technology preferred
- French language skills a plus
