Associate Brand Manager

Job Description
- Influencer/Content-Creator Management: Identify and manage portfolio of local influencers/CCs to leverage for product releases and other pulse points. Execute influencer/CCs strategies set forth by the central team while catering to the local market landscape.
- Community management: Be responsible for monitoring community channels to communicate with players. Find ways to drive traffic, engagement, brand loyalty and influence our players to become active UBISOFT ambassadors. Stay in touch with our users daily on social media channels to help players for a soft landing on our games.
- 360 marketing contribution: Contribute in developing 360 approach to the consumer journey with: digital, PR, social, partnership, point of sales and more. Build local media and sales strategies and execute the plan with key partners and agencies to create product awareness, generate traffic and stimulate conversion.
- Product managing: Work with cross-functional teams to execute seamless product release in Korea; including both digital and physical retail SKUs. Serve as source of knowledge for Ubisoft products and services in terms of features, updates, local specifics, and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- + 5 years marketing experience as a brand, marketing, influencer, or community management position, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Have a clear understanding of frameworks to drive game marketing goals and KPIs.
- Experienced in a cross-functional environment with a strong sense of integration between HQ and local entity.
- Able to interface effectively with a variety of people, including casual/professional gamers, content creators, influencers, media, and business professionals.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native+ in Korean language. Fluent in English
- Passionate gamer, especially familiar with console games.
- Ability to travel, including international travel

Preferred Qualifications
- Gaming influencer campaign planning and influencer management experience
- Community & owned-media management experience
- Experience in media by for awareness, branding, and conversion objectives
- Experience in releasing global products in Korea
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders at the same time, is a plus.
- Event, and/or tournament planning, management, and budget experience
- Basic technical skills, such as HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, knowledge of back-office tools for Web and/or social media such as Sprinklr and LevelUp
- Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
