The Marketing Delivery Associate Brand Manager, Global Store and Services is responsible for the successful delivery of all marketing campaigns across the PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Now and PlayStation Store businesses in Europe, and EOM regions as well as actively working towards global alignment with NA/LATAM/JAPAN and ASIA with relevant counterparts.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Global Store and Services Marketing Delivery, this is a key role in the new Global Marketing group, accountable for ensuring successful delivery of all key marketing initiatives. The candidate will be experienced in campaign planning, audience management, and digital marketing execution across major IP on the PlayStation Platform.
What you’ll be doing:
The Associate Brand Manager, Marketing Delivery role will include, but not be exclusive to, the following responsibilities:
- Quarterly Media plan development and delivery: Managing the briefing process, feedback and approval of media plans working with the agency, in-house Media Teams and territory stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Monitoring Europe and EOM budget territory allocations, consolidating media spend against plans and providing recommendations for budget allocations to key campaigns and/or territories.
- Audience Strategy Development:Support in the development and communication of the team’s overall audience strategy and implementation through paid media and owned channels. Work closely with CRM and CRO teams to align the approach globally.
- Performance analysis and reporting:Working on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly performance updates for several stakeholders across the PlayStation business, ensuring KPI alignment to the Global KPI framework and ensuring specific campaign KPIs, are being tracked accordingly. Compiling PCAs for all activity, contribute to insights development and sharing the learnings. Work with relevant MarTech teams to ensure tools meet Store & Services reporting requirements.
- Best Practice/ Innovation / Test and Learn roadmap:Work with relevant global teams (Commercial/ CRM/ Media/ Partner Marketing/ Network Sales) and territories any other teams to come up with tests
- Owned channels development: Support the Delivery Group Manager to evaluate and develop strategies for relevant owned channels.
What we are looking for:
Education:
- Educated to degree level is preferred or qualified by experience
Experience:
- Demonstrable marketing experience in a fast-moving data-led business (entertainment/gaming)
- Experience in working in global / regional roles
- Proven expertise in digital media strategy and execution best practise
- Ability to work with Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools
