This role will be based at our studio in Horsham, in the heart of West Sussex.In this exciting role you will be a key support on the launch and lifecycle of HYENAS. As such, you will need to be flexible and creatively minded, with the skills and motivation to navigate rapidly-iterating, player-first environments.This position calls for someone able to communicate clearly and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.In a supportive, team-oriented, environment you will be able to provide marketing input in on-going game design whilst helping to define, communicate, and execute brand marketing activations.Flexible working at Creative Assembly includes hybrid, fully remote within country of employment for eligible roles, and in-studio. We recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and empower our teams to define the working patterns which work best for them, which may mean different things for different teams and roles and at different times.This role can be offered as either hybrid or fully in-studio. The expectation for hybrid is at least 1-2 days in studio a week. This role cannot offer fully remote working. Further details can be discussed during the recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Brand Manager on the HYENAS team, you will be a key support in the development of strategic marketing plans, helping to manage the associated budget, executing brand campaigns in line with the strategic vision agreed in partnership with the franchise’s development team and Creative Assembly’s senior management group.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Contribute to brand strategy and help execute marketing campaignsContribute to relevant brand team meetings and planning processLead on projects within the overarching brand plansSupport on the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales & market shareWork with media partners to implement optimisations to digital campaignsWork closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to help deliver on revenue targetsBe a key contact with internal and external agencies, manage relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budgetWork collaboratively with wider teams to execute campaigns that reflect our joined up and collaborative philosophyBuild foundational relationships with the Dev Team(s) to ensure we align on projects.Knowledge, Skill and ExperienceEssentialA motivated self-starter excited about the craft of marketing videogames and the power of building a brandAbility to swiftly build and maintain relationships in a complex environmentAbility to work to deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsQuality writing and reporting skills.DesirablePrevious marketing or brand experience in an entertainment brand/product environmentCurrent and on-going knowledge of competitor products and campaigns within the industry would be appreciatedUnderstanding of the digital games retail space would be an advantageExperience of working with creative or media agencies would be valuable.About Creative AssemblyIt’s an exciting time to be a part of our craft-led studio as we push boundaries, creating deep and detailed experiences that last.Our teams are diverse from across the world, from trainees to industry veterans who constantly challenge us and make sure we are striving for the best within our games and our studio life.
