I sense a soul in search of answers! Blizzard is on a quest to find an enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager for the Diablo Global Publishing team. This individual will support Diablo Immortal, the upcoming mobile hit set in Sanctuary, working with Brand Managers and the Publishing Leader to execute internal and external promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detailed oriented, and an effective communicator, who will be assisting with all publishing activities within owned & operated channels (social/community, PR, web, CRM, ASO) as well as paid & earned channels (UA, partnerships, 1st party). Passion for all things Diablo, Blizzard, and mobile gaming are huge plusses.
Responsibilities
- Support Brand Manager and Sr. Brand Manager in business planning and development of strategic plans.
- Assist publishing in driving execution for all publishing, marketing, and live operation initiatives & campaigns.
- Liaison between cross functional teams and assist in documenting & driving meaningful actions based on team discussions.
- Execute all testing & market research initiatives & tactics.
- Work with internal and external partners in optimizing various publishing & marketing campaign and executions.
- Create both qualitative and quantitative reporting for all publishing related initiatives.
- Assist with copy writing and asset development as needed.
- Manage development and distribution of all key assets.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or related field.
- Experience working effectively and constructively with development, publishing, regional, and external agency teams.
- Experience supporting marketing teams in various projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Working knowledge of mobile ecosystems, platforms, channels, ASO, and performance marketing a huge plus.
- Track record of successful projects and failures (and learnings from latter).
- Avid gamer across mobile/PC/console platforms
- Highly organized and with adept project management skills.
- Effective communicator.
Pluses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Direct experience marketing games
- International experience
- Passion for and in-depth knowledge of Blizzard games, particularly Diablo!
