Role: Associate Audience Optimisation Specialist (12m FTC)
Role overview:
The Associate Audience Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for driving PlayStation Store conversion through optimization of ads backup inventory and CRO owned and operated spaces through various PlayStation Store and online services using numerous proprietary and 3rd party ad delivery systems, web-based tools, and data management platforms.
This is an opportunity to work with the game industry leader and be a part of the exciting evolution taking place in games and entertainment. In addition to the vital qualifications and experience, the right candidate will possess passion for console games and an understanding of the game industry.
What you’ll be doing:
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Store Audience Optimization, the principal duties will include the following, but not limited to:
- Set-up and implement audience targeted campaigns in the storefronts through various trafficking tools
- Work collaboratively with various internal partners for cross functional campaign activations
- Run A/B tests for optimizations and document results internally
- Participate in Weekly/Monthly meetings communicating case studies and findings
- Responsibility for QA across digital commerce channels

- Creative and upbeat team player who has a passion for audience optimization
- Great product knowledge within the Games category
- Standard methodology focused, ensuring we stay relevant and ahead of consumer expectations
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with internal partners
- Strong communication skills, a proactive demeanour, sense of humour, and a drive for results
- Bachelor’s Degree
