YOUR MISSION
As a part of Marketing Creative at Activision, you will help assist with our game capture efforts as a virtual in-game photographer, helping to create screenshots, gifs, and design assets for marketing, promotional and in-game usage across Call of Duty® and other Activision titles. You will also be tasked with maintaining our finishing pipeline ensuring all our assets adhere to our delivery standards.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as an Associate Capture Artist assisting with virtual photography projects by providing coverage of game environments, characters, and other seasonal assets
- Retouch and finalize static assets for marketing usage
- Provide digital capture support for Capture Artists and Team Leads working on photography projects
- Work with proprietary debug tools and troubleshoot technical issues, including builds, PC workstations, console dev kits, etc.
- Perform other duties, as assigned
DESIRED SKILLSET
- Solid eye for composition, lighting, etc… as it relates to still photography
- Able to help brainstorm and conceptualize action sequences involving the blocking and movement of player characters and camera positioning to find that perfect frame.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Bridge, and Capture One
- Ability to master video game debug systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while working under tight deadlines
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for photography, film, and other cinematic media
PLUSES
- Video game industry or agency game capture experience.
- Real-world experience in photography
- Avid gamer on next-gen platforms and PCs
- Knowledge of game modding or machinima workflows.
- Interest in virtual production
- Knowledge and understanding of 3D design programs such as c4D, Maya, or Blender
- College degree in the requisite field or equivalent work experience.
