Summary

● Act as the first point of contact for the Art Team, supervising Illustration, Animation, and Technical Art as applicable. Mentor and facilitate individual and team growth with an eye for creating innovative and compelling games for the digital portfolio.
● You would be adding value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept through pre-production, production to post-production. Fostering a creative attitude within the team that rises to the challenges of the industry and meets the needs of the business would be the key responsibility.
● Work closely with Global stakeholders (such as Game Designers, Studio Managers/Directors) and conceptualize new art and animation products in accordance with our expected charter - Creating world-class leading slot games for digital applications.
● Work with Project managers to assign and schedule game deliverables and tasks. Help to establish and grow our creative team’s effectiveness and facilitate the delivery of quality art packages as well as the skill development of the team members.
● A visionary who understands the product visions and its business goals

What you'll do

Reviewing art packages for quality and continuity with the relevant stakeholders and game design vision.
Understand the needs of each member of the art team and how to help them grow professionally.
Flexibility in absorbing changes in a dynamic business environment and align the projects with portfolio strategy.
Create visual concepts, themes, and wireframes to support each game and team member, as needed.
Tracks milestones and ensures the team stays on schedule, critique and review art, provide mock-ups, and encourage team regularly to produce a high-quality product
Work closely with global Art teams, studios & outsourcing partner for art development.
Coordinate with Design, Project, and Studio Manager(s) for all art-based production.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

15+ years of total experience with
- 4-6 years of Leadership Experience within a team/studio.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience
Highly proficient in Adobe & Autodesk Suite
Spine and Unity knowledge is a Plus.
Basic Knowledge of JIRA, Agile workflow is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in art/sequential art or equivalent.
Demonstrated understanding of game production and understanding the related art Assets involved.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
Must be highly organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas as well as ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of illustration and animation abilities and techniques with an ability to give constructive feedback and art critique
